📌About the project:

• A specialist is required for testing the Microsoft Dynamics Navision system.;

🔺Requirements:

• Experience with MS Navision of any version in the last job for at least 80% of the time and for at least 2 years without interruption;
• Understanding of NAV architecture: tables and keys, forms/pages, reports, codeunits, dataport/xmlport, documents and postings, access rights;
• Reading C/AL code: basic level - understanding triggers (OnValidate/OnInsert/OnModify), finding the place where postings/checks are formed, ability to localize the cause of a defect with a developer;
• Experience in supporting pilot/production operation: incident analysis, reproduction, artifact collection (screenshots, steps, logs);
• SQL: basic queries in MS SQL Server (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY), verification of data and calculation/posting results, comparison of "expected vs. actual" ;
• Data manipulation, preparation of test data/analysis of production data for compliance with the developed functionality.

➕Will be a plus:

• Load/mass operations: understanding the risks of batch jobs, large registers/tables, locks/transactions (at least at the "what to check" level);
• Experience with GitLab or any version control systems.
