We are strengthening our testing department and looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our testing team, who will help us maintain high product quality under conditions of rapid growth.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct manual testing of new and existing functionality (web / integrations)
- Verify user scenarios, edge cases, negative scenarios
- Create and maintain: checklists, test cases, test documentation for new functionality
- Interact with developers, product managers, and designers
- Participate in Scrum processes: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
- Work with tasks in Jira and documentation in Confluence
Our expectations from the candidate:
- Has 2+ years of experience in QA, with a focus on manual testing
- Able to write neat and clear test documentation
- Attentive to details and the logic of user scenarios
- Works calmly in startup conditions and with incomplete documentation
- Able to ask questions and clarify requirements, rather than testing 'blindly'
- Takes responsibility for quality and the reproducibility of checks
- A team player and communicative, able to work closely with development and other departments
- Wants to develop towards AI testing and a full-stack role with partial automation
