Middle Manual QA
ChatPlace is a service where chatbots, neural networks, gamification, and auto-funnels are transformed into simple and clear solutions for attracting, engaging, and monetizing audiences through Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Our product helps bloggers, experts, and entrepreneurs sell more effectively through content — without complex technical setups and large teams.
We are strengthening our testing department and looking for a Middle Manual QA who will work in tandem with a Lead QA and help the team release stable versions.
What you will do:
- Perform manual testing of new and existing functionality (web / integrations)
- Verify user scenarios, boundary cases, negative scenarios
- Create and maintain: checklists, test cases, test documentation for new functionality
- Maintain the order and relevance of the test base
- Work in conjunction with the Lead QA: receive requirements and priorities, synchronize on quality and expectations
- Interact with developers, product managers, and designers
- Participate in Scrum processes: planning, dailies, reviews, retrospectives
- Work with tasks in Jira and documentation in Confluence
Our ideal candidate:
- Has 3+ years of experience in QA, with a focus on manual testing
- Knows how to write neat and understandable test documentation
- Is attentive to details and the logic of user scenarios
- Works calmly in a startup environment and with incomplete documentation
- Knows how to ask questions and clarify requirements, rather than testing "blindly"
- Is responsible for the quality and reproducibility of checks
- Is a team player and communicative, knows how to work in conjunction with development and other departments
- Wants to grow professionally — in QA depth or eventually towards senior
Format and conditions:
- Salary from 130,000 to 180,000 Russian Rubles. Discussed individually, depending on experience and level of independence.
