ChatPlace is a SaaS platform for bloggers, experts, and entrepreneurs who promote and sell their products through content.
Users use and create AI agents, chatbots, gamifications, and other tools that help attract, engage, and convert audiences into sales.
We are strengthening our testing efforts and looking for a Middle Full-Stack QA to join our testing team. This person will help us maintain high product quality in a rapidly growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of new and existing functionality (web / integrations)
- Write and maintain UI and API autotests on the company's existing framework (approximately 30% of the time)
- Verify user scenarios, boundary cases, and negative scenarios
- Create and maintain test documentation
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers
- Participate in Scrum processes: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
- Work with tasks in Jira and documentation in Confluence
Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of QA experience with a focus on a full-stack role
- Solid automation experience: JS/TS + Playwright
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with incomplete documentation
- Attentive to detail and the logic of user scenarios. Able to ask questions and clarify requirements, rather than testing "blindly"
- Team player and communicative, able to work closely with development and other departments
- Eager to develop in the direction of AI testing and a full-stack QA role
