About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and technically savvy IT Solution Sales Manager to join our Southeast European Data Center Solution Sales team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, driving the development and execution of IT infrastructure solution sales strategies. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, delivering state-of-the-art solutions based on Huawei's IT portfolio, and building lasting customer relationships.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens, Greece.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development and execution of strategy, performance, and sales growth initiatives for IT solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support, including quotations, network design, proposals, and pre-sale testing.
• Promote the full range of Huawei IT products and solutions to targeted customers.
• Support sales management and customers by establishing, developing, and closing business opportunities in the field of IT Storage/Data Center.
• Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with post-sales and R&D to ensure implementation in products.
• Create and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
• Enhance customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
• Engage with customers and their Senior Management teams to identify challenges and provide corresponding consultation to develop new business opportunities.
• Collect and analyze relevant marketing information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Technology and Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology, or similar majors preferred.
• 5+ years of working experience in Enterprise IT, Storage, or Data Center domain.
• Familiar with storage, virtualization, cloud, and server solutions/products.
• A good level of technical understanding with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses.
• HCNP-Cloud/Storage, HCIE-Cloud/Storage, HPE-ASE/ATP are preferred.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude.
• Ability to engage with customers and their Senior Management team to identify challenges and provide consultation for new business opportunities.
• Fluent in both Greek and English.
