Uzum Market is a marketplace with a wide assortment and fast delivery, which has become part of the daily life of most Uzbek citizens. We are developing our own logistics infrastructure across the country, creating new opportunities for entrepreneurs and their customers.
We are looking for experienced Java developers for product and platform teams. You will work with a modern tech stack, develop high-load services, and scale our system for business growth.
What you will be doing:
- Devising and implementing architectural solutions: you will propose technical solutions to achieve business goals
- Writing production code in Java to solve high-load tasks and create stable, scalable services
- Writing tests, conducting code reviews
- Deploying your services to production together with infrastructure and platform teams
- Improving system reliability and quality at all levels
What is important for us:
- 6+ years of experience in product development with Java 11+ and Spring Boot 2/3
- Understanding of message queueing and experience with Postgres
- Excellent technical foundation, understanding of the principles of modular and microservice architecture
- Ability to work with CI/CD and a modern stack: k8s, Docker, Helm
- Most importantly: a desire to solve complex tasks in a team of passionate colleagues
