Senior project manager
What you will do:
- Turn ideas into full-fledged projects considering the company's strategic goals;
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of ideas: identify requirements, assess resources, risks, and implementation possibilities;
- Lead the project team: manage conflicts, maintain focus, provide informational support to all stakeholders;
- Achieve planned results within established deadlines;
- Prepare presentations and materials for the Board of Directors (pitches, status reports);
- Regularly inform the company about project progress: communicate reached agreements, open questions, and risks.
What is important to us:
- Experience managing infrastructure projects, as well as projects with complex analytical or technological components (from planning to implementation);
- Ability to gather and analyze information from various sources;
- Skill in working under uncertainty, ability to independently structure tasks and processes;
- You can see a problem from different angles, identify the key message, and filter out secondary matters;
- Able to explain complex things in simple terms - both to the client and to team members;
- Know how to create a process map and understand the basics of IT landscape design;
- Able to assess risks and develop options for their mitigation;
- Confidently work with presentation and analytical tools (PowerPoint, Miro, Excel, etc.).

Selection Stages
- HR Meeting: Meeting with a recruiter: we connect via Zoom, discuss your experience and expectations for the new position.
- In-person Interview: In-person interview with the manager: we'll dive deeper into the role's context, discuss your experience through results. We'll solve a small case, as close to real work scenarios as possible.
