❗️LOOKING FOR a Lead Developer for the Data Quality team ❗️

📌 WE CONSIDER FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT or as an individual entrepreneur

Grade: middle+ / senior Location: Russian Federation, remote Citizenship: Russian Federation

📌 Mandatory requirements:

– 3+ years of commercial development experience; – PostgreSQL + Python at middle+/senior level; – Apache Airflow (ETL) - real experience, not just 'read the documentation'; – Experience with DWH; – Experience with data (data analysis, creation of criteria/metrics for their quality); – C# - basic level; – Readiness for formal employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; – Higher education (IT, technical, mathematical, economic).

📌 Responsibilities:

– proactive data quality control: source profiling, anomaly detection before they become incidents; – alerting on deviations (completeness of key fields, duplicates, missing values); – fixing data errors at the system level, finding root causes; – development of new functionality to improve data quality and availability; – working in conjunction with business analysts, developers, and PMs.

📌 Will be a plus: experience with Data Quality tools, knowledge of DevOps practices.

Conditions:
