REMOTE | PART TIME
We are looking for a part-time UX/UI designer to work on a midcore RPG mobile game. Link to the game
The project already has a defined visual style, ready game screens, and a UI Kit. The main task is to develop the existing UI system and build a process where a significant portion of new screens will be assembled using AI.
— Design UX and UI for new game screens and features.
— Work within the existing visual style of the game, maintaining its consistency.
— Maintain and develop the UI Kit: add new components and states as the project evolves.
— Design the interface structure for complex game systems: progression, characters, equipment, events, stores, Battle Pass, rankings, tournaments, etc.
— Build an AI-first UI creation pipeline: from task definition and screen structure generation to obtaining a maximally ready result in Figma.
— Use AI not only for references or image generation, but as a full-fledged working tool: agents, layout generation, working with design systems, automating repetitive operations, generating variations, etc.
— Improve the design system itself so that AI can reliably assemble new interfaces from it.
— Prepare layouts and components for transfer to development and interact with the Unity team.
— Experience working on RPG, Strategy, 4X, social casino, or other UI-heavy games.
— Good understanding of mobile game UX: information hierarchy, navigation, element states, onboarding, progression UX.
— Strong proficiency in Figma, components, variants, variables, and design systems.
— Ability to work with an existing style.
— Understanding how to build a scalable UI Kit for a game with a large number of screens.
— Experience in building AI processes around Figma. Experience with Figma API / MCP / AI agents.
— Understanding of UI DSL, structured UI descriptions, YAML/JSON interface schemas, or similar approaches.
— Experience in automatic screen generation from a design system.
— Understanding of Unity UI and how design components turn into real game interfaces.
We want to gradually transition to the following process:
Game Design → screen description → AI → ready screen structure from our UI Kit components → designer's work with the result → final layout → Unity.
We need a designer who will not only create good interfaces today but also help ensure that in a few months, the production of new screens takes significantly less manual time.
— Part-time.
— Remote work.
— Long-term cooperation.
— Flexible schedule, focus on results and communication speed with the team.
— examples of RPG / Strategy / other system games you have worked on.
— a brief description of how you currently use AI in your UI/UX work.
— as well as a resume in PDF, a link to your general portfolio, and your hourly rate
