💻 Project: A platform for managing warehouse inventory, orders, and postal shipments, including web and mobile components. This is a high-load system that helps businesses choose the best delivery service, calculate optimal costs, insure shipments, generate shipping labels, and track parcels in real-time. Along with other functions, it provides reporting, billing, and analytics tools. We started developing this project from scratch in 2017, and you will become part of the team building critical system functionalities.

🔥 Responsibilities: – Work in an experienced agile team. – Participate in project decision-making, analysis, and design. – Develop new functionality. – Conduct and participate in mandatory code reviews and technical reviews. – Manage small teams (3-4 people) if you have relevant experience.

⌛️ Requirements: – 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails. – Excellent knowledge of OOP and best software development practices. – Strong knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, SQL, and JavaScript. – Analytical and problem-solving skills. – English language proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher. – Experience working with Agile methodologies. – Experience managing small teams is a plus.
