KSK.Service Desk is a comprehensive ITSM / ESM solution for organizing internal or external user support services. It fully complies with ITIL methodology.

Our products are implemented in SaaS versions, boxed, on-premise, and large custom development projects. We are constantly working on implementing useful “features”, even though the products already have advanced functionality that covers most of our clients’ needs.

What you will do:

• Test;
• Develop technical documentation (optional);
• Learn a lot and explore the field of manual testing.

We would like to see the following set of skills and basic knowledge in you:

• Education: higher technical or incomplete higher education;
• Proficient oral and written communication, ability to concisely and clearly describe a problem;
• Attentiveness, logical thinking, good memory;
• Understanding of web application architecture.

It would be great if:

• You know the methodology and principles of testing;
• You can work with databases.
