We are looking for an experienced Engagement Lead to take ownership of several parallel initiatives related to data transformation and the implementation of a shared data platform within an international organization.

🔹 Key responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end collaboration with business units — from readiness assessment and scope definition through delivery and operationalization; • Manage risks, dependencies, and formal project checkpoints; • Coordinate the operational handover of implemented solutions; • Work closely with senior stakeholders and drive key decisions; • Identify gaps in business readiness and ensure the necessary actions are taken; • Drive initiatives with a strong focus on delivery and execution rather than reporting only.

🔎 Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in IT, Data, or Digital Transformation; • At least 5 years of experience in senior delivery, programme, or engagement leadership; • Hands-on experience in Data Transformation, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, or adoption of data platforms; • Strong experience working with senior stakeholders; • Ability to challenge insufficient business readiness and drive decisions; • Strong ownership, communication, and leadership skills. • English: C1
