About the company:

SOLUT is a physical labor performance monitoring system. We increase the productivity of blue-collar workers using ML recognition models that track the percentage of productive work performed by employees. SOLUT operates in any industry where manual labor is the foundation of production: construction, equipment maintenance, industrial facility maintenance, real estate services, retail, and warehousing.

Your responsibilities:

This role is key to ensuring the quality of our AI engine. You will become the link between the ML models' performance and reality, and in the future, a mentor for AI agents.

• Data Verification (Video and Log Analysis): Review video recordings of work shifts and analyze intervals recognized by the ML model. Your task is to assess how accurately the model identified the employee's actions.
• Quality Metrics Calculation: Calculate key metrics such as precision, recall, and overall recognition accuracy to quantitatively evaluate model effectiveness.
• Data Preparation for Training (Data Curation): Formulate and prepare labeled datasets that Data Science specialists will use for further model training and improvement.
• Working with AI Agents (Growth Potential): Initially, you will perform manual checks and verification. In the future, your role will evolve: you will train AI agents to perform this work for you, meaning you will create instructions for the AI and verify its results.

We expect you to:

• Be attentive to detail: This is a key quality, as the essence of the work lies in analyzing video and identifying model errors.
• Have an analytical mindset: Be able to read and clearly understand instructions, as well as structure information.
• Be proficient in Excel: Be able to work with spreadsheets at an intermediate level or higher (pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP).
• Have basic knowledge in ML and Python: Understand the principles of classical ML, Deep Learning, LLM, and AI agents. Python knowledge will be an advantage for interacting with automation tools.
• Have English proficiency of at least B2: For working with technical documentation and international projects.
• Be ready to learn and develop.
• Be ready to work a hybrid schedule and attend the office 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri).
