The project team is involved in presenting data to agent systems. The Bank project is TOP3, aimed at developing an integrated solution capable of interacting with users and other intelligent agents in natural language for data analysis and visualization.
Your tasks:
- Creation of a skill library of varying complexity, from simple utilities to complex analytical tools (e.g., deep integration with Jira for analyzing statuses, dependencies, and automating document flow).
- Design and implementation of automation mechanisms for routine business processes to minimize the human factor and optimize workflows.
- Conducting applied research in the field of current LLM architectures and agent frameworks.
- Studying specialized scientific publications and completing prototypes (PoC) based on State-of-the-Art methods for their subsequent implementation in the product circuit.
- Optimization of internal tools to ensure scalability of skills and their easy reuse by other system users.
- Create and optimize recommendation systems to increase user engagement.
- Work with technical documentation.
- Diagnose growth areas: develop a methodology for identifying operators' "lagging" competencies based on error clustering and analysis of performance results in the line.
What we expect from you:
- Higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
- Excellent knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries.
- Practical experience with LLM and agent systems.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of clustering, regression, classification, and time series algorithms.
- Skills in working with distributed systems and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- English language proficiency sufficient for reading professional literature and communicating with foreign colleagues.
