ability to identify customer needs and engage them in dialogue
customer focus and ability to find the best solutions for them
knowledge of banking products (deposits, cards, loans, transfers, payments)
good command of spoken language.
Knowledge of premium banking products (service packages, IIS, mutual funds, asset management, Brokerage services, ILS, NLS), as well as personal investment experience - will be an advantage.
