Sberbank Premier is working with Sber's high-net-worth clients. Our team helps clients achieve their financial goals, makes their lives more convenient, and fosters the development of business connections.
We are looking for a remote client manager who cares about the financial well-being of premium clients, helps them save time, and resolves all issues remotely using audio calls and chat communication.
Responsibilities
- select Sber products according to the client's goals and needs (from a card with increased bonuses to a mortgage with a low rate) and assist with their remote processing
- help compose and develop a client's financial portfolio and choose the best investment solutions
- tell clients how to get more benefits by using Sber's personal offers, bonuses, discounts, and services
- remind clients about the need to renew deposits, arrange insurance policies
- help resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements
- developed communication and negotiation skills
- desire to build long-term partnerships
- flexibility of thinking and ability to find the best solutions considering multiple input data
- results orientation, ability to manage results
- ability to work with large volumes of information
- ability to use artificial intelligence to simplify daily tasks
- financial literacy.
