We are Bitlica, a developer and publisher of mobile and web applications. Our portfolio includes over a dozen popular products in various industries, and our applications attract millions of users worldwide. The team works remotely from Poland, Belarus, Georgia, and other countries.
We have big plans for the development of projects and processes – we are implementing the best practices of AI-native development. The ability to orchestrate AI work and build an ecosystem around it is becoming paramount, minimizing the dependency on a specific programming language. Therefore, we are looking for an AI Agentic Engineer.
What you will do:
- Full ownership of a product/service: from architecture and development to support and evolution.
- Fullstack development: backend primarily in Golang / Python, frontend – as needed. The language is secondary; quality and speed of solutions are important.
- Automation of own tasks and optimization of SDLC using Claude Code. Search and implementation of tools that accelerate the development cycle.
- Autonomous work on high-level tasks, research, and decomposition.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Strong fullstack development experience and solid architectural/technical skills
- Ability to write backend in Golang (or willingness to quickly adopt it); Python.
- Active use of a code agent in real work – preferably Claude Code, or similar (Codex / OpenCode).
- Ownership mindset: ability to independently manage a product/service and be responsible for the results.
- Experience in system architecture design, understanding of infrastructure principles (cloud, GKE, CI/CD), and DevOps practices.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with GCP, GKE, Terraform, GitLab CI.
- Experience in developing services based on AI agents, process automation.
- Experience working in Agile processes.
