Influence Marketing Manager (LATAM)
Expectations:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influence marketing in Tier 1-2 markets;
- Proven success in influencer acquisition, negotiation, and influencer campaign management;
- Established network of content creators and successful experience running influencer campaigns;
- Excellent skills in assessing influencer relevance for brand collaborations and ability to build effective relationships;
- Experience with the LATAM market and ability to negotiate in Spanish;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Results-oriented, with a deep understanding of key metrics and optimization strategies;
- Proactive and team-oriented approach with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the search, acquisition, and onboarding of influencers, ensuring partnerships that bring maximum results to both the client and the agency;
- Plan and launch influencer marketing campaigns on YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, and Instagram platforms;
- Track, interpret, and report on campaign data, providing clear insights and data-driven recommendations for performance improvement;
- Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously for current clients;
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify promising influencers and meet monthly goals for expanding and diversifying the agency's influencer network;
- Organize daily priorities, coordinate updates between teams, and adhere to campaign deadlines, ensuring transparency on negotiation status and results.
