Are you a visionary creative leader with a passion for educational publishing? We're looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the visual development of K-12 print products, including textbooks, workbooks, teacher guides, and classroom resources that inspire and engage young learners.

🎯 What You'll Do: ✔ Define and lead the visual identity of Pre-K to Grade 12 educational materials ✔ Design and oversee engaging covers, chapter openers, and multi-page layouts ✔ Create pedagogically sound visual experiences that enhance learning and readability ✔ Manage and mentor graphic designers, production artists, and freelance illustrators ✔ Ensure curriculum accuracy, diversity, and inclusion across visual assets ✔ Collaborate with editorial and production teams on print-ready deliverables ✔ Oversee color management, prepress workflows, and final press checks ✔ Manage project timelines, design schedules, and art budgets

🔹 What We're Looking For: ✅ 5 years of experience in Graphic Design or Art Direction ✅ 2 years of experience in K-12 Educational Publishing or Children's Educational Media ✅ Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator ✅ Deep expertise in multi-page book design, typography, grid systems, and print production ✅ Experience managing high-volume publishing projects and creative teams ✅ Strong portfolio showcasing published educational content, textbooks, or structured learning materials
