We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team, who is passionate about Linux and network tasks, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to grow in the field of information security to grow with us! You will be working on our network products WebProxy, PAM, and others.
What you will be doing:
- Technical support and consultation for customer specialists on issues arising during the operation of WP and PAM
- Accompanying the operation of customer information security tools (IS T) using remote access services, emergency, scheduled, and preventive site visits, making configuration changes
- Incident resolution, troubleshooting IS T failures
- Development and population of an engineering knowledge base for supported products and solutions
- Automation of routine processes (Bash, Python)
What we expect:
- Solid knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of the basics of network technologies and inter-network communication
- Understanding of the basics and technologies of information security
Will be a big plus:
- Experience with one of the DBMS: PostgreSQL, Oracle, Clickhouse, Cassandra
- Experience with SWG, PAM, or other information security solutions (anti-malware IS T, NGFW, WAF, SIEM, etc.)
