Senior Product Analyst - REMOTE (except Russia and Belarus)

A fast-growing AI startup that is changing the way people interact with digital characters. The product combines thousands of AI characters capable of communicating with users via text, photo, and video messages.

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who will help make data-driven product decisions and directly impact the growth of key product metrics.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for product and growth metrics: retention, LTV, ARPU, and others
• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests
• Build and develop a system of dashboards and analytical reporting
• Research user behavior, cohort analysis, and user scenarios
• Evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing activities on business results
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and the User Acquisition team

What we expect:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics for mobile products
• Strong foundation in statistics and A/B testing
• Experience with LTV, retention, cohort analysis, monetization, and unit economics
• Excellent SQL skills
• Strong product thinking and the ability to turn data into recommendations for the business
• Data visualization and presentation skills
• Proactiveness and independence
• Mentorship experience is a plus
