Looking for a Senior Product/Data Analyst in a fast-growing AI HR Tech startup! The product is two years old. During this time, the company has attracted $3.7 million in investments, reached profitability, and grown to over 2 million visitors per month, 50,000+ paid subscribers, and a team of 70+ people. Location: remote (not RF). Employment: long-term B2B contract.

Candidate Profile: We need not an analyst who waits for a task, makes an export, and returns numbers to the client. We are looking for someone with strong product involvement: who digs into the data themselves, finds problems and growth opportunities, proposes hypotheses, and brings analytical projects to completion.

Responsibilities: — Conduct research for Product, Marketing, Growth, Finance, and CEO; — Analyze user scenarios, behavior, and segments; — Formulate and test product hypotheses together with the team; — Design and analyze A/B tests; — Evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics; — Work with LTV, pLTV, cohort, and calendar analysis; — Write SQL queries, build dashboards, and automate reporting; — Look for opportunities to grow the product and business.

What's important: — Four or more years of experience in Product/Data Analytics, preferably in a subscription-based B2C product; — Strong SQL and Python skills; — Good knowledge of statistics and mathematical statistics; — Experience conducting A/B tests; — Understanding of product metrics; — Experience with Amplitude, Superset, Tableau, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar tools; — Ability to independently manage projects for several internal clients; — English at Upper-Intermediate level.

A plus would be experience with Postgres/ClickHouse, GrowthBook or Optimizely, feature flags, automatic monitoring and anomaly detection, subscription model, performance marketing, and monetization.

Conditions: full remote or office in Warsaw, market-rate salary, 20 working days of paid vacation, day-offs, minimum bureaucracy, and a lot of independence.
