🍂 What you will do:

• Develop visual-first ad creatives from scratch (from hook to build).
• Generate assets, style, animation, and voiceover using a top AI stack (ElevenLabs, Kling, GPT Image, etc.).
• Analyze performance metrics, identify profitable combinations, and adapt best practices.
• Use the team's internal tools to automate routine tasks.

🍂 What we expect:

• Experience: 2+ years in Motion Design (in-house / strong freelance).
• AE & Photoshop: advanced level, sense of rhythm, timing, and perfect layout.
• AI & Prompt Engineering: confident work with generating graphics, video, and audio, understanding the limitations of neural networks.
• Autonomy: ability to manage a task from brief to completion and justify visual decisions.

Will be a plus: English B1, experience in Health & Fitness, and understanding of marketing metrics.
