About the project:
Development of AIS UBP, an automated information system for managing budget payments for the Moscow Department of Finance. The system is undergoing modernization on a new technological stack.
Stack: Java 17, Spring Framework (Boot, Data, Web, Security), PostgreSQL, ActiveMQ, Hibernate, Kafka, RabbitMQ, buses (WSO2 and similar), microservice architecture, Git
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of application functionality in Java using the Spring framework
- Using Spring Data for database interaction
- Creating RESTful APIs, integrating with frontend and other systems
- Optimizing query performance and ensuring scalability
- Documenting architecture and technical solutions
- Participating in Agile processes
We expect from you:
- Completed higher technical education
- At least 3 years of experience as a Java developer
- At least 3 years of experience developing databases for PostgreSQL DBMS
- Experience in identifying system bottlenecks
- Application optimization experience
- DBMS optimization experience
- Experience writing clean, testable, and documented code
- Knowledge of business process development and modeling principles
- Knowledge in Java, SQL, PL/pgsql programming languages
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL DBMS architecture construction
- Knowledge of asynchronous and synchronous interaction technologies
- Knowledge of the Spring framework, OOP principles, Git, and version control processes
- Java: Deep understanding of Java Core, JVM, garbage collection, memory management, performance optimization, multithreading
