☑️ Responsibilities -Lead a cross-functional product team for the internet bank -Organize team's work: participate in planning, distribute tasks, monitor deadlines and quality of results -Perform backend development of Java applications on Spring Boot -Develop and improve the existing system based on personal experience and own suggestions -Build best practices and processes within teams to further enhance the project level

☑️ Candidate Requirements -Experience in developing systems with a microservice architecture -Knowledge of Java Spring: Core, Spring Data, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud -Experience with Kafka, understanding the principles of developing asynchronous services -Understanding of the Scrum methodology in the software development process -Experience in managing the development process within a team -Excellent knowledge and experience in organizing best practices for a microservice architecture system -Higher education degree
