Aston is an accredited outsourcing IT company (operating since 2007, 2500+ specialists). The client's project is a rapidly growing IT company, providing digital solutions for major financial organizations: fintech products, big data processing, business process digitalization.

☑️ Responsibilities

• Participate in architecture development: create prototypes, reference implementations, set code standards
• Work with databases: design schemas, write complex queries, optimize performance under high load
• Manage and control quality
• Distribute current sprint tasks considering workload
• Formulate the technical backlog

☑️ Candidate Requirements

• Experience as a Java Developer for 3+ years
• Experience managing a development team (4 people or more) as a Tech Lead for 1+ year
• Experience in fintech
• Experience conducting architectural sessions and making engineering decisions under time constraints
• Excellent understanding of Spring Framework / Spring Boot
• Knowledge of design patterns and anti-patterns, patterns for distributed systems
• Knowledge of logging and monitoring
• Expert SQL writing skills
• Understanding of multithreading and asynchronous programming
• Experience in refactoring monolithic or legacy applications
• Ability to read others' code and quickly dive into the operation of services in industrial use
