IT System Engineer 💻🔧
Location: Remote (no RF)

🔴CRITICAL MUST-HAVES🔴
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT system administration
- Experience with Azure, AWS, Windows Server, client management, and Active Directory
- Proven responsibility in security operations (endpoint security, firewalls, incident triage)
- Experience in software deployment and patch management within enterprise environments
📡RESPONSIBILITIES📡
- Operate and stabilize Windows and Linux server environments on VMware and Dell EMC VxRail platforms
- Manage software deployment, patch management, and operating system hardening for more than 1,000 endpoints
- Support endpoint security for Windows and macOS systems
- Handle 2nd-level security incident investigations and resolution
- Process incidents, service requests, and joiner, mover, and leaver processes
- Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Operate and optimize monitoring and alerting processes within the client's environment
- Manage backup, recovery, firewall, and VPN operations
- Perform regular maintenance activities
- Create and maintain documentation and ensure structured knowledge transfer
