🚀T-ONE is looking for a Senior / Tech Lead

📍 Cyprus, Nicosia / hybrid

T-ONE is a technology company from the UAE, operating at the intersection of Wealth Management, Digital Assets, and AI. Currently, the company is developing its own platform for digital asset management and a mobile application. The product includes a crypto wallet, balance and transaction management, as well as integrations with external services, exchanges, custodians, and blockchain infrastructure.

We are looking for someone who will take full technical responsibility for the product's development.

What you will be doing • designing architecture and making technical decisions; • writing code independently and participating in development; • developing the mobile part using React Native / JavaScript; • working with backend, API, and external integrations; • coordinating a team of developers; • translating business requirements into technical solutions; • forming the technical backlog and defining necessary resources.

Who we are looking for Must-have: • 3–5+ years of commercial development; • Senior-level; • strong React Native + JavaScript; • experience in mobile application development and working with integrations; • understanding of backend/API; • independence and strong communication skills. Will be a plus: Fintech / Crypto / Blockchain / Digital Assets and Tech Lead experience.

⚡️ Important: this is not a classic Engineering Manager role. We need a hands-on Senior Developer → Tech Lead who continues to write code and simultaneously is responsible for the architecture, team, and technical development of the platform.
