A company specializing in the technical maintenance and operation of residential and commercial properties invites a Property Engineer to their team in Limassol.

We are looking for an organized and technically proficient specialist with experience in coordinating contractors and overseeing technical work at sites. In this role, it is important to be able to effectively manage operational processes, control the quality and deadlines of work, quickly resolve technical issues, and maintain interaction between contractors, tenants, and internal company teams.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of contractors at sites
• Organization of repair, service, and technical works
• Quality control and deadline management
• Site inspections and fault identification
• Interaction with management companies, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitoring compliance with technical standards and safety requirements
• Participation in planning preventive and repair works
• Coordination of material and equipment procurement
• Reporting and work status monitoring
• Prompt resolution of technical and organizational issues

✅ Requirements:

• Higher engineering education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management / facility management / construction
• Understanding of building engineering systems
• Experience in contractor coordination
• Skills in working with technical documentation and drawings
• Organized, systematic approach, and attention to detail
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Mandatory knowledge of English or Greek language
