🔥 We are looking for a BI Engineer for project-based employment

Grade: Senior Rate: from 280K to 308K Citizenship/Location: RF Workload: full-time Term: long-term Employment: only sole proprietorship (IP) 📌

Project Description: Within the company, there are disparate data sources and ClickHouse as the target storage. The goal of the pilot is to build the correct BI architecture (storage, data model, reports), work out the approach, and based on it, select the target BI solution for replication.

📌 Mandatory Skills:

• Industrial experience with ClickHouse (schemas, table engines, optimization)
• ETL/ELT: Airflow / dbt / Python pipelines
• Confident SQL level, window functions, query optimization
• Experience in building DWH from scratch or major refactoring
• Minimum one BI tool in practice: Metabase / Superset / DataLens / Power BI / Tableau

➕ Will be a plus:

• Experience in the industrial, metallurgical, or construction domain
• Skill in presenting architectural solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Python for transformations

📝 Tasks:

• Audit of current sources and product team's Excel artifacts
• Data model design in ClickHouse (raw / stage / mart)
• Implementation of ETL/ELT pipelines
• Building data marts and target reports in the selected BI system
• Comparative analysis of at least 2-3 BI tools
• Handover of the solution to the internal team: documentation, code in the repository, understandable support without us
