🎯 About the project
We are currently expanding the finance department and are looking for a new employee for the role of Financial Analyst/Controller. The team already includes a Team Lead and an accountant. You will be the link between them and will take on some of the tasks related to controlling, managing, and optimizing financial processes in several projects and companies.
💼 What you will do
- Verify and prepare data and documents for external audit of the group of companies;
- Interact with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other counterparties;
- Collect, verify, and archive documentation;
- Verify documents and prepare VAT-related information for various companies;
- Collect and prepare documents for provisional corporation tax calculation;
- Work in QuickBooks — verify accounting data and financial reports;
- Accrue final annual entries;
- Control the quality and timeliness of financial reporting preparation for the group of companies;
- Participate in audit plans with the Team Lead and monitor the execution of the agreed plan;
- Prepare documents and support KYC, Due Diligence, and bank verification procedures;
- Participate in opening bank accounts and handling bank requests;
- Monitor the timely provision of documents to auditors, banks, and external consultants;
- Monitor compliance with the tax obligations of the group of companies;
- Participate in internal financial control processes and improvements to financial processes;
- Prepare analytical information and documents upon management requests;
- Work with documents in English.
💡 What is important
- 2+ years of experience as an auditor or accountant;
- Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting;
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- 2+ years of experience interacting with external auditors and participating in the audit of foreign companies' financial statements;
- Practical experience with accounting software;
- Proficient in MS Excel and CaseWare;
- English language proficiency from Upper-Intermediate (B2) level;
- Good communication skills;
- Attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility, organization, discipline, and diligence.

- Experience in IT/Software development.
