Social Media Designer / Content Maker

Seeking a Designer/Content Maker who can:

— Create stylish visuals and curate a feed; — Edit videos that hook viewers from the first seconds; — Understand trends and propose ideas, not just follow instructions

What you will do:

— Create designs for posts, stories, covers, and other visuals for clients; — Develop a brand book at the start of a project with the Head of SMM; — Maintain the visual style and grid of the account; — Edit dynamic, relevant, and engaging Reels; — Select music, tempo, headlines, color, and rhythm according to the client's TOV (Tone of Voice); — Come up with additional materials (guides, stickers, emojis, etc.) — if it's desired to enhance the product

What is important to us:

— Ability to create visuals with meaning, not just “pretty” ones; — Experience in social media and content (Instagram*, Reels, stories); — Proficiency in Figma and basic Photoshop skills; — Knowledge and use of neural networks (Midjourney, DALL·E, LUMI, Freepik, etc.); — Ability to edit Reels that actually work (CapCut, VN, others); — A good sense of style, visual literacy, trends, and aesthetics; — Willingness to learn and improve skills with us
