We're hiring. And not just anyone. 👀

We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to join ICEYE. Someone who gets equally excited about scalable design systems and the pixel-perfect details that make users go "oh, nice."

Here's the thing: our design team is early. There's no handbook, no sacred component library, no "this is how we do things here."

That's not a red flag. That's the job.

You'd be the person who shapes what great design looks like at ICEYE from the foundations up. If that sounds like a lot of responsibility, it is. If it also sounds like a lot of fun... we should talk.

You're probably our person if: → You build things. Real things. Not just decks about things. → You zoom out to see the system and zoom in to sweat the details (sometimes in the same afternoon). → Ambiguity doesn't scare you. Boring problems do. → "Complex challenge" is your love language.

We work on technology that images the entire Earth. Daily. The problems are big. The stakes are real. The design work is genuinely unlike anything you've done before.

Come help us make it as good as it can be.
