Staff / Lead Product Designer

We don't have a design system. Yet. What we do have is tools for satellite missions and the data they bring back, built fast for people who needed them yesterday. Plus a few buttons that quietly disagree with each other. So we're hiring a Staff / Lead Product Designer to build it from zero. Library first, then tokens, then the hard part: getting everyone to actually use it. Real ownership, the highest bar in the room and a founding seat in a world class design team. Know someone brilliant who'd love this? Tag them. Or send them my way. Apply here: The role is based in Espoo, Finland.
