Vacancy: Project Manager in an AI Startup

Company: We are an ambitious AI startup. We are creating a platform that is changing the rules of corporate training. Using our AI characters, company employees can practice negotiation, sales, and conflict resolution skills in a safe environment by interacting with "animated" role-playing avatars and examiners.

Our goal is to become №1 in the EdTech market, and we are looking for a person ready to grow with us.

Who are we looking for? An energetic Project Manager who will become the key link between the client and our team. You will turn the client's ideas into a working product.

What will you be doing:

• Requirement Gathering: Communicating with B2B clients to understand their tasks and how they envision AI characters for their employees' training.
• Team Coordination: Conveying the gathered information to the scriptwriting department, setting clear technical specifications.
• Approval: Presenting the finalized scripts to the client, collecting feedback, and achieving approval.
• Handover to Development: Sending the final scripts to the team that "brings the characters to life."
• Implementation and Support: Assisting the client at all stages of product implementation and being their main point of contact for the project.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in B2B communications or sales (this will be a big plus).
• Possesses excellent communication skills: knows how to listen to the client and clearly convey their thoughts to the team.
• Is independent and organized, capable of managing several projects simultaneously with high quality.
• Is proactive and not afraid to take responsibility.
• Is interested in AI and new technologies.

Salary: I will honestly tell you that we are fully self-funded and do not attract investments. Therefore, for now, the salary will depend on the volume of projects you manage per month. We are prepared to pay 5-10 thousand rubles per month for managing 1 project. The time spent on one project will be minimal.
