Responsibilities
- Testing the mobile application
- Developing a test strategy for new functionalities
- Preparing test cases, checklists, and test scenarios
- Performing functional, regression, and integration testing
- Developing and maintaining automated tests for the mobile application
- Supporting UI, API, and screenshot tests
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD processes
- Analyzing automated test run results and failure causes
- Working with logs, APIs, databases, message brokers, and mock services to verify end-to-end scenarios
- Creating, analyzing, and managing defects until resolution
- Participating in release planning and delivery quality control
- Performing code reviews of automated tests
- Helping the team improve testing processes
- Mentoring QA engineers and assisting in their technical development
- Collaborating with developers, analysts, backend teams, and product owners
Candidate Requirements
- Three or more years of experience testing mobile/web applications
- Experience with Rest API
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases at the level of complex queries and data extraction
- Two or more years of experience covering new functionalities using automated testing tools (Java)
- Experience with integration testing
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitlabCI)
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, similar)
- Experience with mock services (Wiremock or similar)
- Experience with SOAP UI, Postman, Jira, Confluence, Git, IntelliJ IDEA, Bitbucket
