Paid internship in the Sber team, which develops NLP models and LLM-based solutions for operational risks. The intern will participate in the creation of AI agents and multi-agent systems, including the development of PoC and MVP, and adaptation and training of LLMs.
Tasks:
- Development of PoC and MVP AI agents based on LLM using LLM frameworks such as langchain/langgraph
- Adaptation and training of Sber's LLMs using internal and external data (Prompt Tuning, LoRA, SFT, GRPO)
- Assistance and participation in the implementation phase of AI agents (deployment into industrial operation)
- Write maintainable, readable code; participate in discussions and formulation of technical approaches
Requirements:
- Studying in a Russian university in the 2nd-6th year of Bachelor's or Specialist programs, or 1st-2nd year of Master's program (full-time only)
- Any relevant work experience in the internship field
- Tech stack: ML, DL, Git, NLP, RAG, LLM
- Knowledge of Python and mathematical statistics
- Understanding of AI agent principles
