Middle / Junior Quant Trader

Salary Range: $5k–$6k net fixed + quarterly bonus Additional Income: % of PnL from realized strategies for candidates with trading experience

About Us: We develop and implement trading strategies in various markets - from crypto to traditional platforms. We are expanding and looking for people to help us adapt strategies to new platforms.

Team:

• Small, no bureaucracy - we make quick decisions and test hypotheses
• Graduates of top universities (HSE, MIPT, Skoltech, etc.), many with a background from SHA D / Olympiads
• Main office - Serbia + distributed team

Who We Are Looking For: Junior - highly motivated candidates ready to grow in trading Middle - with experience as a quant / in trading

Requirements:

• Proficient Python (NumPy, pandas, numba)
• Basic development tools (pytest, concurrent)
• Knowledge of C++ (algorithms, OOP, templates)
• Understanding of market mechanisms and trading principles

Will be a plus:

• Experience in developing trading strategies
• Experience with low-latency systems
• Olympiad or strong mathematical background (All-Russian Olympiad, ICPC, Kaggle)

Responsibilities:

• Working with real-time market data
• Adapting strategies for new platforms
• Optimizing algorithm speed and efficiency
• Participating in the development and testing of trading strategies
