Who we are looking for: — Senior / ML Lead or a very strong middle with trading experience — Experience in developing profitable ML models or trading strategies — Python + NumPy, numba, PyTorch / JAX — Strong mathematical background — The ideal candidate can independently generate and validate trading ideas, build research pipelines, and bring strategies to production.

🚀 About the company: A company developing systematic trading strategies at the intersection of quantitative research, machine learning, and high-load infrastructure. A small team (HSE, MIPT, Skoltech, SHAD). A proprietary ML system is already in production — we are looking for someone to take it over and develop it further.

💻 What you will be doing: • Developing and improving trading strategies; • Building ML / quantitative models for forecasting and signal generation; • Analyzing time series and real-time market data; • Testing hypotheses and improving existing strategies; • Optimizing algorithm speed and efficiency; • Working with research / backtesting infrastructure; • Participating in the development of new directions and team building.

⚡️ Must-have: • Proven experience in developing profitable trading / ML-driven strategies; • Solid knowledge of Python and the ML stack (NumPy, numba, PyTorch / JAX, scikit-learn); • Strong mathematical / statistical foundation; • Experience with time series / market data; • Experience in building, testing, and validating hypotheses / signals / models; • Understanding of trading principles, market structure, and market data; • Experience in quantitative / ML research.
