Senior ML Engineer / ML Lead — Crypto Trading

We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer / ML Lead to develop ML models and trading strategies on cryptocurrency markets.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with cryptocurrency markets
• Experience developing profitable ML models or trading strategies
• Strong mathematical background
• Proficient in Python, NumPy, and Numba
• Practical experience with PyTorch and/or JAX
• Ability to independently formulate and test hypotheses, find new approaches, and bring solutions to completion

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in crypto trading or algorithmic trading
• Knowledge of C++ for code analysis and optimization
• Participation in math and programming olympiads, ICPC or Kaggle
• Strong academic background, scientific publications, or experience studying at HSE (Higher School of Economics) / FiefTech (Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology) / Skoltech / ShAD (School of Data Analysis)
• Interest in team development and leadership tasks

About the project

We develop ML models and trading strategies for cryptocurrency markets. Our own ML system is already in production. You will independently research new ideas, develop models and strategies, and bring them to practical application.

The team includes specialists with academic backgrounds from HSE, FiefTech, Skoltech, and ShAD.
