Senior Game Designer

Hi!🚀

We are looking for a Senior Game Designer for slot development, who will work with the team and producer on a new product for the studio🚀

Responsibilities in this role: Develop and present slot concepts to stakeholders — from idea to final core loop and feature set. Develop and maintain GDD/Technical Specifications with a high level of detail. Mentor Middle Game Designers, review their GDDs and slot-related decisions, and develop the team's design competencies.

🎯 Our ideal candidate: — 5+ years of experience in game design, with 3+ years specifically in slots / iGaming. — Proven portfolio of released and commercially successful slots with a description of personal contribution to mechanics and results. — Expert understanding of slot mechanics: paylines/ways, cascades, free spins, bonus features, jackpot mechanics, RTP, volatility, hit frequency, max win. — Experience in independent development and review of structured GDDs, Technical Specifications, and complex specifications. — Experience in mentoring and design review of less experienced game designers.
