Since 2017, Americor has been helping clients navigate difficult life situations by providing credit debt restructuring services. We operate in the B2C segment and exclusively in the US market. The company's headquarters is located in Irvine, California, USA. The development team is distributed across different countries and time zones.
We are currently looking for a QA Lead to head the QA direction across three of our teams.
What you will be doing:
- Leading and developing 8 QA engineers in three teams
- Building, developing, and optimizing QA processes
- Implementing AI tools into daily work: generating test cases, analyzing logs, auto-reviewing requirements, reducing routine and manual work
- Collaborating with dev teams, PMs, and stakeholders on quality matters
- Actively participating in shaping QA standards at the department level
- Participating in hiring, onboarding, and developing QA engineers
- Monitoring test coverage and the state of test documentation across all projects
- Interacting with AQA engineers: defining automation priorities, reviewing coverage
- Knowledge transfer and developing the team's expertise in automation
- Analyzing and forming quality metrics for testing processes
What we expect:
- 5+ years of experience in QA
- 1.5 - 2 years of experience as a QA Lead (including experience in developing and mentoring QA engineers)
- Experience building or improving QA processes within a team
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and take responsibility for them
- Experience with Atlassian products and TMS (Allure TestOps or similar)
- Experience implementing AI tools in a QA team's workflow
- Experience with API testing and automation (Postman, Swagger)
- Experience using SQL for working with test data
- Experience with test automation (Python, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Slack)
- Experience with performance testing (Locust, Jmeter)
- English level B2 or higher: business correspondence, team meetings
Will be a plus:
- Experience in fintech / banking
- Experience with mobile testing (iOS, Android)
- Experience with logging tools: Sentry, Datadog, OpenSearch
- Experience evaluating employee performance and competencies
