Since 2017, Americor has been helping clients get out of difficult life situations by providing credit debt restructuring services. We operate in the B2C segment and exclusively in the US market. The company's head office is located in Irvine, California, USA. The development team is distributed across different countries and time zones.
We are currently looking for a QA Lead to head the QA direction across three of our teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop 8 QA engineers across three teams
- Build, develop, and optimize QA processes
- Implement AI tools into daily work: test case generation, log analysis, requirement auto-review, reduction of routine and manual work
- Interact with dev teams, PMs, and stakeholders on quality matters
- Actively participate in shaping QA standards at the departmental level
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing QA engineers
- Monitor test coverage and the state of test documentation for all projects
- Collaborate with AQA engineers: define automation priorities, review coverage
- Transfer knowledge and develop the team's expertise in automation
- Analyze and form quality metrics for testing processes
What we expect:
- QA experience of 5+ years
- QA Lead experience of 1.5 - 2 years (including experience in developing and mentoring QA engineers)
- Experience in building or improving QA processes within a team
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and take responsibility for them
- Experience with Atlassian products and TMS (Allure TestOps or similar)
- Experience implementing AI tools into the QA team's workflow
- API testing and automation experience (Postman, Swagger)
- Experience using SQL for working with test data
- Test automation experience (Python, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Slack)
- Load testing experience (Locust, JMeter)
- English level B2 or higher: business correspondence, team meetings
Will be a plus:
- Fintech / banking experience
- Mobile testing experience (iOS, Android)
- Experience with logging tools: Sentry, Datadog, OpenSearch
- Experience in evaluating employee performance and competencies
