We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect for a project with a major telecommunications company.
You will participate in the development of a high-load system for managers and HR, which helps to manage the company's staffing, personnel, and organizational structure.
About the project
The system provides managers with a convenient self-service for obtaining information:
- about employees and subordinates;
- about assigned departments;
- about staff positions and the company structure.
The product helps reduce the time spent interacting with related departments and simplifies the process of obtaining necessary HR information.
Responsibilities
- Designing flexible, scalable, and high-load systems;
- Analyzing functional and non-functional requirements from an architectural perspective;
- Evaluating business requirements and selecting the optimal implementation method;
- Designing and developing distributed systems;
- Re-engineering existing solutions and refactoring architecture;
- Conducting R&D for key components and subsystems;
- Implementing new technologies and solving complex technical problems;
- Monitoring compliance with adopted architectural principles and decisions;
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation;
- Participating in assigning tasks to analysts and developers.
Requirements
- Development experience of 7+ years;
- Experience as an architect or Lead Developer for 3+ years;
- Deep understanding of architectural patterns and design principles;
- Experience in designing and implementing distributed and high-load systems;
- Practical experience with microservices architecture;
- Experience with cloud solutions, databases, and server technologies;
- Ability to read, analyze, and understand code;
- Knowledge of ASP.NET Core 8.0, Entity Framework, ADO.NET;
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and processes: automation of build, testing, and deployment;
- Knowledge of modern development methodologies;
- Experience in system re-engineering and architectural refactoring.
