About the company Atomic Wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet with 15+ million downloads and 1.5 million active users monthly. An international product with a profitable and sustainable business. We are looking for someone to take on all marketing: from organic and the website to social media and partnerships.

The main goal of the role is to find effective growth channels, scale them, and increase the number of active users.

▪️Responsibilities ▫️Develop marketing strategy and channel priorities, defend them to the founders. ▫️Manage the team and contractors: content, design, development, SEO, copywriters. Set tasks, control quality and deadlines. ▫️Test marketing hypotheses and new formats, quickly shut down what doesn't work. ▫️Organic traffic growth: semantics, clustering, website structure, requirements for texts, on-page optimization. ▫️Development and launch of new pages and landing pages for product directions, their SEO packaging. ▫️X (Twitter) and other social media: content plan, news hooks, texts in English. ▫️Communicate with users in chats, gather feedback and transfer it to the product.

▪️We expect ▫️3+ years in marketing / growth with measurable results (even if not in crypto). You should be able to show what exactly grew and due to what. ▫️Practical experience in SEO: you have collected semantics, set requirements, launched pages, and seen organic growth. ▫️Experience managing a team or contractors: content, design, development. ▫️English B2+ — content and communication with partners in English. ▫️Analytical thinking: data-driven decisions, not gut feelings. ▫️Interest in Crypto / Web3 / Tech.
