Product Manager Required

About the Company Atomic Wallet is an international Blockchain company. Our flagship product is among the top 10 popular crypto wallets globally, with over 10 million downloads and 1.5 million monthly active users.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Atomic Wallet team. We need someone who will take responsibility for product development, user experience, and key product metrics.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Analyze product and financial metrics and identify growth opportunities; ▫️Monitor the Web3 market and competitors, form product hypotheses; ▫️Develop user scenarios, UX, and mockups; ▫️Formulate and prioritize the roadmap and backlog; ▫️Manage releases and coordinate development, design, marketing, and support; ▫️Analyze the results of changes and define next steps.

▪️Requirements: ▫️2+ years of experience as a Product Manager; ▫️Experience with user scenarios and mockups; ▫️Experience working with roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization; ▫️Hands-on experience with product releases; ▫️Understanding of Web3 and DeFi; ▫️English B2+ ▫️Willingness to work from the office in Saint Petersburg.

▪️Will be a plus: ▫️Experience with Google Analytics, PostHog, or similar tools; ▫️Cryptocurrency wallets or fintech experience; ▫️Experience in startup teams; ▫️Experience with user communications; ▫️Hands-on experience using Web3 products.

▪️Conditions: ▫️Office in Saint Petersburg, flexible start to the workday; ▫️Saint Petersburg only, office-based, no remote options ▫️Employment as self-employed or as an individual entrepreneur, taxes will be compensated; ▫️Payments in cryptocurrency or to a ruble account; ▫️28 days of paid vacation + 100% sick leave coverage; ▫️Compensation for courses, seminars, and professional literature; ▫️Individual development plan after the probation period; ▫️7 additional public holidays per year instead of being tied to the Russian Federation's calendar.
