We are developing a world-class financial service. Now we are looking for a Product Manager who knows how to calculate economics, delivers results, and takes comprehensive responsibility for the product.

▪️ What you will do: ▫️ Build roadmaps and drive initiatives to completion. ▫️ Be responsible for finances: calculate feature ROI, forecast growth, assess risks, and change strategy on the fly if something doesn't add up. ▫️ Expand the product line — based on the market and real partner needs, not guesswork. ▫️ Refine the product based on feedback from partners, marketing, BD, and accounts. Quickly and to the point. ▫️ Improve the UX of the personal account and landing pages — for those who are already with us, and for those who are just joining. ▫️ Coordinate design, development, and marketing during launch — without losing speed.

▪️ We expect: ▫️ Product Manager experience in IT for at least 2 years ▫️ Ability to calculate: ROI, risks, financial consequences of decisions. ▫️ Experience working with live users and testing product hypotheses — not just backlog management. ▫️ Focus on business results in monetary terms, not on vanity metrics. ▫️ Experience interacting with the development team. ▫️ Independence and proactivity — not in words, but in deeds.

▪️ Will be a plus: ▫️ Experience in B2B products. ▫️ Background in fintech or infrastructure projects
