We are building a modern B2B cross-border payments solution powered by both crypto and fiat rails. Our goal is to make business payments fast, seamless, and fully compliant.
📍Location - Remote
🔧Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the cross-border payments product from idea to scaling.
- Building the payment product from scratch: defining the vision, prioritization, and roadmap.
- Deep involvement with regulatory requirements and licensing across multiple jurisdictions.
- Writing high-quality PRDs and BRDs.
- Working directly with a lean technical team (5–15 people) without layers of Project Managers or Business Analysts.
- Defining and managing the product’s unit economics.
- Continuous collaboration with business, compliance, legal, and engineering teams.
✅️Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B crypto products (payments, crypto on/off ramps, treasury solutions, crypto rails — strong advantage).
- Hands-on experience launching payment products from scratch.
- Strong understanding of licensing and regulatory requirements in payments and crypto (EU, Canada, Switzerland, UAE, etc.).
- Experience working directly with a small engineering team (5–15 engineers) — ability to speak the same language with developers is essential.
- Fluent English.
🌟Nice to Have:
- Experience obtaining or supporting financial licenses (EMI, VASP, MSB, etc.).
- Understanding of blockchain infrastructure (different networks, bridges, liquidity providers).
- Experience building compliance-friendly solutions.
