For our client, which develops B2B and B2C fintech and crypto products (processing, exchange solutions, dating, and custom white-label services), we are looking for a Product Manager for the dating product team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking, identify product opportunities, and form roadmap initiatives.
- Validate hypotheses, prioritize features by impact/value.
- Formulate product requirements, collaborate with UX/UI designers, and hand over to development through project managers.
- Accompany implementation, participate in launches, analyze metrics, and iteratively improve the product.
- Be a driver of product vision and an evangelist for user focus within the team.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience in a product role within dating products, in launching or scaling a product.
- Excellent understanding of the product cycle: from discovery and hypothesis formation to delivery and results evaluation.
- Skill in competitive analysis, prioritization, and building market- and user-oriented feature sets.
- Strong communication skills: building connections with designers, development, project managers, and business.
- Proactiveness, systemic thinking, a sense of product drive and taste.
