Product Manager (Web3 / Staking)

Company: Stake Shark — staking provider and blockchain validator with 150k+ delegators across 20+ networks: Solana, Ethereum, Monad, Cosmos, Cardano, etc. TVS — $30M+.

Office: Saint Petersburg Format: Full-time

Responsibilities: • Add new blockchains and staking protocols • Integrate partner services into the wallet • Maintain backlog and prioritize tasks • Describe user flows and technical requirements for staking functions • Coordinate the development team • Participate in product testing • Launch and manage marketing campaigns • Formulate hypotheses for delegator and staking pool growth • Synchronize dev / QA / design / marketing / support • Prepare weekly KPI reports

Requirements: • Understanding of the Web3 / crypto market • English language B1+ • PM / Product Owner experience — will be a plus
